Training:

Imagine every manager as an inspector or spotter conducting daily inspections and entering their information for immediate analysis. The data goes immediately to your web-based program where is automatically analyzed, producing a complete report that tells you what department or what employee you have to focus on.

Every interaction between a Manager and their staff can be used as a role-play and entered into the program for analysis allowing managers to become more in tune with service standards and areas of weakness.
